Location and Carrier

Patella Fashions orders are shipped Mondays to Fridays from Belgium, Europe to all other countries of delivery via Post. We try our best to ship as quickly as possible. However, because our products are handmade and not mass produced, occasional delays are inevitable.

Our customer care team is quick to update you and always available to answer any additional questions you might have in regards to the shipment of your Patella order.

Processing Time

All order are running on 7-10 business day processing and shipping time. This does not include weekends and holidays.

Processing time is in addition to shipping time. Most customers receive their packages in no more than 5 business days.

Third Party Related Matters

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays once the packages are in the possession of Post Belgium. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery due to unplanned delays such as weather, holidays, natural distasters, or courier delays. If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges. Abandoned and refused packages will not  be refunded. Please note that packages returned to sender due to inability to sign or retrieve from post will result in additional shipping charges. Also note, that it is responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly.

Taxes and Duties

Our international customers are responsible for all taxes and/or duties imposed by their country’s government. If your order is subject to these charges, they will not appear on your Patella invoice, but will be presented by the shipping company upon your receipt of your package.

Customs duty and import tax are specific to your particular country. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local custom office.

Return/Exchange Policy

In the unlikely event that you received a product with a defect or a wrong product, you may return the unworn/unused product to Patella Fashions within 10 business days of receipt of products for a refund or exchange.

To make a return or an exchange, simply email us with the reason for the return. Returned packages must include: securely packaged merchandise in a corrugated box and the original invoice.

Any custom items, discounted and sale items are final sale and are not subject to refund or exchange.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Never allow the water to soak into your bag. If the bag gets wet, do not use a hairdryer on it. Instead, absorb as much water as possible with a thick microfiber hand towel and allow the bag to air dry. Then, condition it again and store it.
