All orders are running on a 7-10 business day processing and shipping time. This does not include weekends and holidays. Once your order is paid for and processed, you will recieve an email notification that it has been shipped. Once your order has left Belgium, another notification will be sent to you that your order has been completed.
Processing time is in addition to shipping time. Most customers recieve their package in no more than 5 business days.
THIRD PARTY RELATED MATTERS
Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/ delivery delays once packages are in the possession of Post Belgium. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery due to unplanned delays such as weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays. If your order has already been shipped and you contact us with an address change, you will be responsible for the additional charges. Abondoned and refused packages will not be refunded.
Please also note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping adress correctly.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Our international customers are responsible for all taxes and/or duties imposed by thier country’s government. If your order is subject to these charges, they will appear on your Invoice, but will be presented by the shipping company upon your receipt on your package.
Customs duty and import tax are specific to your particular country. For more information regarding your country’s custom pomicies, please contact your local customs office.
